Bandai Tokon Juohmaru (1983, VFD, 4 AA Batteries, Model# 0200107)
Based on characters from the Japanese Anime Plawres Sanshiro.
'Tokon' translates to 'Fighting Spirit', and Juohmaru is the name of the main character's
small plastic, remote controlled battle robot (the show is a sort of 'Robot Wars' using
plastic robots with intelligent computer brains). The main character (seen on the game) is
Sanshiro Sugata.
One of two really cool VFD game shaped like a little arcade tabletop style game (There are 3 or 4 LCD games in this style as well). The only other game with this design and a VFD display is Go Go Dynaman (A.k.a. Kampf Der Monster).
