Literal translation, probably not completely accurate. Based on a Japanese manga (and anime TV series) called Obake no Q-taro, based on an 'obake' (normally a sort of shape-shifting ghost, although this particular one can not change his shape) called Q-taro (also known as Q-chan or Oba-Q).
