Mario bro's watch (red)

I’m new to the forum. I have a game I can’t find on your website and would be interested to find out if anyone knows anything about it. It’s a Mario bro’s game watch but it’s not like the nelsonic ones on your website. It’s red and it says Mario bros in yellow on the strap. It also says Nintendo made in china 1990 on the back of the strap.

The game consists of a creature at the top of the screen that drops eggs. Mario has to dash back and forwards to collect the eggs before they smash on the ground. When an egg smashes you lose a life, once you have lost three its game over. It looks a bit like the Mario bros 2 watch in shape and design but the colours different and I think the game is different too. Any ideas?
