Tomy Digital Diamond (1978, LED/Mechanical, 2 AA Batteries, Model# 7052)
U. S. Patent # 4,240,632
Invented by: Hiroyuki Watanabe (Tokyo) (according to the patent)

Tomy's early Baseball game, mechanical game play like Blip. This is a two-player only game, one player controls the batter, one controls the pitcher. The batteries only power the lights, the game can almost be played without batteries (a light comes on to indicate when the batter hits the ball, so it's kind of needed for that... :)

Japanese version is white:

Do I have this? Yes, loose.
