Yes, these actually exist. These 4 skateboard decks are the Gamer series designed for professional skaters Sal Barbier, Clyde Singleton, Kevin Taylor and Rob Welsh, and are sold by Aesthetics Skateboards. The designer of these boards (Alex Aranovich) also created the Arcade series for the same skaters featuring classic Atari arcade games (Centipede, Battlezone, Tempest and Asteroids) as seen at the bottom of this page.
