This is another Hanzawa game released by Actronics (purchased from Austria). This has been found in Australia as Mr. Digger, so it's probably also been released in other countries. It's basically a Dig Dug clone. In fact, as you can see from the bottom pictures, the circuit boards on the inside actually say Dig Dug (I'd be willing to bet the whole game was released as Dig Dug in some country...)
